Valentine retired from racing in 2022 with small chips in her knee. She was placed into a loving home where she spent time learning dressage and had some leisurely days on the trail. Sadly her adopter had health issues so she is back with us. We re-x-rayed her knee when she arrived this spring and there were no changes.
She is now in light training, moving beautifully as you can see in the video below. She never takes a bad step. She is currently barefoot and very affectionate, standing 17 hands and is an elegant mover.
For someone who wants to keep all four feet on the ground, she is cleared for all flat work by our vet. She is first to come up to you in the field and would love to find her person to continue learning and growing her resume. If you’re looking for a kind mare with big ears that jiggle like jello when you ride, she checks all the boxes!
